Registration Information

Welcome to the Tri-County Rugby Football Club's registration page! We’re excited that you’re interested in joining our rugby community. Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth registration process.

Important Notice:
Registration with the Tri-County Rugby Football Club is a two-step process. Your registration with the club is only a request to join, and final approval will not be granted until you have completed your Rugby Canada insurance payment.

Why Rugby Canada Insurance is Required

Rugby Canada insurance is mandatory for all players, coaches, and volunteers participating in rugby activities across Canada. This insurance provides essential coverage in the event of an injury and ensures that you are protected while playing, training, or participating in any club-related activities.

Please note: Your registration with the Tri-County Rugby Football Club will not be approved until your payment with Rugby Canada has been processed and confirmed. Until this is completed, your status with the club will remain pending.

Registration Steps:

1. Click the PlayHQ Registration Link:
   Begin by clicking on the PlayHQ Registration link. This link will direct you to the registration portal.

2. Log In or Create a New Account:
   If you registered last year, use your existing PlayHQ (formerly Sportlomo) account to log in. If you are new, you’ll need to create a new account with PlayHQ.

3. Select Your Role:
   Choose the appropriate registration category (e.g., player, coach, volunteer).

4. Complete the Registration Forms:
   Follow the steps provided by the PlayHQ system, ensuring that all necessary forms are completed. Please double-check that you are registering for the 2026 season.

5. Add on Merchandise
   Tridents rugby shorts and t-shirts are available for purchase.

6. Payment:
   Proceed with the payment for Rugby Canada insurance through the PlayHQ system. This step is crucial, as your registration will not be approved until the payment is confirmed.

Approval Process:

Once your payment with Rugby Canada is processed, your registration information will be reviewed by the Tri-County Rugby Football Club. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email granting you full access to participate in all club activities, including training sessions, matches, and events.

Spond Registration

The Tri-County Tridents use an App called Spond to communicate with players, parents, coaches, and supporters throughout the season. Spond can be found in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
